新型城市化是广州转型的必由之路。“1+15”系列政策文件是全市今后五年乃至更长时期的工作指引和行动纲领,“建设廉洁广州”列入“15”项配套文件之一,与检察机关职务犯罪预防工作息息相关。文章通过分析广州新型城市化过程中检察机关查办职务犯罪的特点,提出职务犯罪预防工作在建设廉洁广州过程中的着力点,面临的困境及提出几点构思,以期开拓检察机关职务犯罪预防工作者的思路,更好地致力于广州新型城市化建设。
New urbanization is the only way to transform Guangzhou. “1 + 15 ” series of policy documents is the city’s work guidelines and action programs for the next five years or even longer period, “building a clean Guangzhou ” included “15 ” one of the supporting documents, and prosecutors Crime prevention is closely linked. By analyzing the characteristics of procuratorial organs investigating and handling duty crimes during the new urbanization in Guangzhou, this paper puts forward the focal points and difficulties in preventing crime of occupational crime in the process of building a clean and guarded Guangzhou, and puts forward some conceptions in order to open up the duty crime prevention workers in procuratorial organs Train of thought, better committed to the new urban construction in Guangzhou.
