据千龙网对5000名家长的问卷调查得知,25~40岁的女性网友承认在孩子教育上时刻都有压力感和焦虑感的占22.5%;经常有压力,时常向朋友倾诉的占31.4%;有时有压力,可以与伴侣交流释压的占27.6%;男性网友这三项的比例分别为8.4%、12.6%、15.3%。由此可见,父母养育子女的心力成本和财力成本不但大大增加了,而且在孩子成长过程中,常处于超负荷状态。如今,为此患上焦虑症、抑郁症、强迫症的父母屡见不鲜,而母亲承受的心理压力又大大超过父亲。一部分已婚家庭因对子女的教育问题意见不一,而出现了矛盾冲突,成为目前城市中已婚夫妇除“外遇”之外,排名第二的离婚诱因。那么,父母们应如何相互协作,并适时地减压,共同教育好孩子呢?我们先听听几位有见地的父母的建议吧。
