The 4th “HVAC” excellent engineering design case review meeting was held on August 25, 2000 in Beijing. The judging panel will still be chaired by the HVAC Committee of the Chinese Architectural Society and will be jointly reviewed with the Editorial Committee of the HVAC Magazine. The 10 outstanding engineering design examples selected in this selection are: Introduction to the HVAC design of the 2 20kV substation in West Dawang.
