Slug和Claudin-7在食管癌中的表达及其对肿瘤生物学行为的影响

目的:探讨紧密连接蛋白Claudin-7和锌指转录因子Slug的表达对食管癌生物学行为的影响。方法:选择2012年3月至2015年3月来我院进行检查和治疗的食管癌患者的食管癌组织标本124例作为观察组,另选择64例经检查确定为非食管癌患者的健康食管组织作为对照组。对相关生物样本的分析按照食管癌诊治规范进行。分析观察组所有样本的肿瘤大小、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况等;检测两组样本中Slug和Claudin-7的表达水平,分析其与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。结果:Slug和Claudin-7均具有在食管癌组织中呈现阳性表达、而在正常食管组织中表达较少的现象(P<0.05);性别、年龄和肿瘤大小与Slug和Claudin-7的表达水平无关,而肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度和是否发生淋巴结转移与Slug和Claudin-7的表达相关(P<0.05);Slug蛋白表达和Claudin-7蛋白表达之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Slug和Claudin-7在食管癌组织中表达量显著升高,且与肿瘤细胞的浸润深度、分化程度和淋巴结转移相关,提示Slug和Claudin-7可能在食管癌的发生、分化和转移过程中起一定作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Claudin-7 and Slug on the biological behavior of esophageal cancer. Methods: A total of 124 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent esophageal cancer screening and treatment from March 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Another 64 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as healthy esophageal tissue As a control group. Analysis of the relevant biological samples in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer standards. The tumor size, depth of invasion, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of all the samples in the observation group were analyzed. The expression levels of Slug and Claudin-7 in the two groups of samples were detected, and their correlation with tumor biological behavior was analyzed. Results: Both Slug and Claudin-7 had positive expression in esophageal cancer tissues and less expression in normal esophageal tissues (P <0.05). The expression of Slug and Claudin-7 were significantly correlated with gender, age and tumor size There was a positive correlation between Slug expression and Claudin-7 protein expression (P <0.05). However, the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis were correlated with the expression of Slug and Claudin-7 (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Slug and Claudin-7 in esophageal cancer tissues is significantly increased, which is correlated with the depth of invasion, differentiation and lymph node metastasis of tumor cells, suggesting that Slug and Claudin-7 may play roles in the carcinogenesis, differentiation and metastasis of esophageal cancer In play a role.
