目的 探讨非穿透性小梁切除联合透明质酸钠生物胶植入术的临床疗效。方法 对30例开角型青光眼行NPT,术後进行裂隙灯观察眼内变化、测量眼压、房角镜检查以及视力视野复查。结果 眼压:术後第一天平均眼压低于10mmHg;术後第一周8～11mmHg;术後一个月平均眼压14.2±2.8mmHg;术後三个月平均眼压14.6±1.4mmHg;术後一年平均眼压15.0±1.1mmHg(1mmHg=0.133KPa)。视力视野:术後一个月後视力较术前无变化或提高,视野平均扩大5～10度。房角镜可见小梁网後有一减压房存在。术後并发症少。结论 NPT,是一种对开角型青光眼理想的手术术式,术後疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-penetrating trabecular surgery combined with sodium hyaluronate bio-implants. Methods Thirty patients with open angle glaucoma underwent NPT. The slit lamp was used to observe the intraocular changes. The intraocular pressure, angle gonioscopy and visual acuity were examined. Results Intraocular pressure: average intraocular pressure less than 10mmHg on the first postoperative day; 8 ~ 11mmHg in the first week postoperatively; average intraocular pressure 14.2 ± 2.8mmHg in one month postoperatively; average IOP 14.6 ± 1.4mmHg in three months postoperatively; The average intraocular pressure after the year 15.0 ± 1.1mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133KPa). Vision Vision: visual acuity one month after surgery no change or increase, the average visual field to expand 5 to 10 degrees. Gonocular visible trabecular meshwork there is a decompression room. Postoperative complications less. Conclusion NPT is an ideal surgical procedure for open-angle glaucoma.
