《地下工程与隧道》是上海市隧道工程设计院主办的有关软土地下工程专业的技术性刊物；是目前国内有关软土地下工程唯一的专业期刊。它的宗旨主要是报导登载国内、外软土地下工程设计、施工、管理等方面的先进科学技术及地下工程技术论文、综述、译稿和动态。立足上海、面向全国；交流技术,互通信息,为促进地下工程事业的发展,为实现我国社会主义现代化作贡献,并使其成为科技人员的有力工具的好朋友。
“Underground Engineering and Tunnels” is a technical publication sponsored by Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Design Institute on soft soil underground engineering; it is the only professional periodical in China currently concerning soft soil underground engineering. Its main purpose is to report on advanced science and technology and underground engineering technical papers, reviews, translations and developments published in the design, construction and management of underground soft soil projects both at home and abroad. Based in Shanghai and facing the whole country; to exchange information and exchange information, and to make good contributions to promoting the development of underground engineering, contributing to the realization of socialist modernization in our country and making it a powerful tool for scientific and technological personnel.
