一、Y236直齿锥齿轮刨齿机改进一例 Y236直齿锥齿轮刨齿机,其滚切齿轮箱的差动机构输出轴(生产厂图号265138)伸出箱体外长度约500mm,穿越床身壁板,插入床鞍下底部悬架内的锥齿轮副内,把分齿与滚切运动传给工件主轴(结构图参见说明书)。这根轴以单键槽与锥齿轮套滑动连接,组装时由于看不到轴上的键槽与锥齿轮套里的勾头键的相对角向位置,很难装进去。由于是单键连接,又有相对滑动,键侧容易磨损。我们现将原轴的单键槽段全部改制为φ33×φ28×8的花键,相应套的内孔拉制成相同规格的内花键。改进后装配方便,花键接触面积增大,接触应力减小,传动精度、零件寿命都有所改善,效果良好。

We are now the original axis of the single keyway segment all the restructuring for the φ33 × φ28 × 8 spline, the corresponding set of internal holes drawn into the same specifications of the internal spline. After the improvement, the assembly is convenient, the spline contact area is increased, the contact stress is reduced, the transmission precision and the service life of the parts are improved, and the effect is good.
