校本研修在农村中小学校的开展已经进入了一个新的阶段。随着新一轮课程改革的不断推进,实质性地提高农村中小学教师的执教能力、促进其专业成长,已成为教师队伍建设的又一重要内容。广大农村中小学教师作为校本研修的行动者和受益人,如何帮助他们克服校本研修过程中的困难,将校本研修与自身专业成长进一步有机结合,是现阶段校本研修中值得关注和亟待解决的问题。
School-based training in rural primary and secondary schools has entered a new phase. With the continuous promotion of the new round of curriculum reform, it has become another important part of teachers’ construction to improve the ability of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and to promote their professional growth. As the actors and beneficiaries of school-based training, the majority of rural primary and secondary school teachers help them to overcome the difficulties in the process of school-based training and further combine the school-based training with their own professional development. This is a problem worthy of attention and urgent solution in school-based training at this stage .
