目的探索对于宫颈重度糜烂合并肥大的更好的治疗方案。方法将240例宫颈重度糜烂合并肥大的慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为宫颈环形电切(LEEP)配合红外线组(A组)和激光组(B组),分别采用LEEP配合红外线治疗和激光进行治疗。结果 A组一次性治愈率达97%以上,B组一次性治愈率仅67%,2组治疗结果比较,差异有着非常显著的意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的不良反应大致相同,差异不明显。
Objective To explore a better treatment for severe cervical erosion combined with hypertrophy. Methods A total of 240 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with severe cervical erosion and hypertrophy were randomly divided into LEEP group (A group) and laser group (B group), and were treated with LEEP combined with infrared and laser respectively . Results The one-time cure rate of group A was over 97%. The one-time curative rate of group B was only 67%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Adverse reactions after treatment in both groups were approximately the same, with no significant difference.
