The “Resolution on Certain Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China” (the “Resolution”) passed by the 6th Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in 1981 is a historical document drafted under the leadership of Deng Xiaoping. The study on the relationship between Deng Xiaoping and “Resolution” has long been valued by scholars. By the end of 2002, more than 100 papers and over a dozen study and research works have been published.
