目的对采自广东南澳的真五角海星共附生白色侧齿霉菌(Engyodontium album)的化学成分进行研究。方法用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱,反向高效液相柱层析(RP-HPLC)等分离手段对白色侧齿霉菌乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,并利用1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR、质谱(MS)等手段并与文献对照相结合,鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到6个已知的化合物,其结构分别为:(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(1),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,9α-三醇-6-酮(2),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6α,9α-四醇(3),邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(4),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(5),次黄嘌呤核苷(6)。结论这是首次从海星中分离的得到白色侧齿霉菌(Engyodontium album),也是对海星共附生菌化学成分研究的第二篇报道。化合物2~6为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Engyodontium album from Coralia elliotii collected from Nan’ao, Guangdong Province. Methods The ethyl acetate extracts from the white side molds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-HPLC. The compounds were characterized by 1H- NMR, 13 C-NMR, mass spectrometry (MS) and other means and combined with the literature control to identify the structure of the compound. Results Six known compounds were isolated and their structures were: (22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (1), (22E, 24R) (22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α, 9α-tetrakis Alcohols (3), di-n-butyl phthalate (4), diisobutyl phthalate (5) and inosine (6). Conclusions This is the first report of the Engyodontium album isolated from starfish and is the second report of the chemical constituents of starfish. Compounds 2 to 6 were isolated from the fungi for the first time.
