前 言 使用石油沥青作为管道外壁防腐,已有很久时间,但是存在耐温性差,抗土壤应力低、补口涂敷劳动条件不好等问题。正当我国建设输油管道迅速发展之际,有关领导部门对此问题十分重视,在一九七一年原燃化部向兰州涂料工业研究所、东北“八三”工程指挥部、沈阳油漆厂下达了“长输管道外壁防腐涂料”的试验研究任务。三个单位,密切协作,共同努力试制成功以冷涂方法施工的“环氧煤沥青管道漆”,並于七八年由石油部、化工部组织通过鉴定,批准在沈阳
Foreword The use of petroleum pitch as anti-corrosion for the outer wall of the pipeline has been for a long time, but there are problems such as poor temperature resistance, low resistance to soil stress, and poor working conditions of the coating. At the time of the rapid development of China’s oil pipeline construction, the relevant leadership attached great importance to this issue. In 1971, the original flammability department issued a request to the Lanzhou Paint Industrial Research Institute, the Northeast “8-3” Engineering Command, and the Shenyang Paint Factory. “Experimental Research Tasks of Anti-corrosion Coatings on Long-Distance Pipeline Outer Wall”. The three units, working closely together, worked together to trial-promote the “epoxy coal tar pipeline paint” successfully constructed by the cold coating method, and passed the appraisal by the Ministry of Petroleum and the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1978 and approved in Shenyang.
