我们知道,造成企业生产事故发生的主要因素不外两种:人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态。而人的不安全行为则是导致事故发生的关键。本文通过认真分析企业安全生产管理过程中人的知觉规律,并对事故人的心理状态进行深入剖析,运用人本原理,采取适当的安全管理机制,能最大限度地消除因人的不正常的心理作用而造成的人的不安全行为,从而减少因人为失误造成事故的发生。
We know that there are only two main factors that cause a production accident in an enterprise: the unsafe behavior of a person and the unsafe condition of an object. Human insecurity is the key to the accident. In this paper, we carefully analyze the human perception rules in the process of enterprise safety management and make an in-depth analysis of the psychological state of the accident people. By applying the principle of humanism and adopting appropriate safety management mechanisms, we can minimize the abnormal psychology of the people As a result of human insecurity caused by the act, thereby reducing the human error caused the accident.
