登革热是由登革病毒引起的急性虫媒传染病。在热带和亚热带地区,特别是在东南亚各国,经常有流行。我国曾于四十年代在东南沿海各省流行,解放后一直未发现本病。从1978年5、6月份以来,佛山市石湾镇首先发生流行,并向周围蔓延,8月中旬传入我市,至11月底,共散发19例,无死亡,其中10例经血清学(补结试验)证实。此外,位于郊区的××工地(有外地民工600多人)发生80多例,其中13例补结阳性。兹将调查结果报告如下: 调查方法一、流行病学调查:对疫情报告来的疑似病例,均赴疫户和医院进行调查,按统一表格详细登记。
