随着我国高等教育体制的不断改革,高职高专学生人数急剧增加。然而越来越多的毕业生被“就业难,难就业”的问题所困扰,目前高职学生的职业生涯规划已成为高职院校共同关注的焦点。本文着重探讨高职院校学生职业规划的重要意义,并分析目前高职学生中职业生涯规划中存在的普遍问题,并根据问题提出了解决办法,以全面推进新形势下高职院校职业生涯规划建设。
