当今,因商业环境的需要,在酒店楼顶营造花园已不再成为新鲜话题。但在普通的商住楼和办公楼的屋顶上,一般仅设置盆花或砌上几行花基,而作为花园式进行绿化施工的并不十分普及。我们于1993年在本市(江门)文化城办公楼顶营造了这一类的花园。现对其设计和施工所需注意的几个方面仅作介绍,供同仁参考。一、基本层次构造、结构及负荷考虑:一般屋顶花园必需考虑结构承重层、隔热层、防水层、排水过滤层及植被层。而文化城办公楼要求在隔热层上施工,荷载不超过220kg/m~2,绿化面积360m~2。由于两边均预留排水沟,因而我们不必考虑排水过滤层,而在隔热层上涂抹一层l0mm厚的沥青作为防水层,然后铺上厚度为15cm的栽培介质。介质由木屑、垃圾土堆沤组成[容重约1400kg/m~3]。将花坛、园林小品设置于梁、柱及承重墙所在位置,以合乎荷载要求。二、绿化布置设计:办公楼顶分北天台和南天台。设计上,北天台为自然式设计,园路用Φ5cm的细河卵石铺装,路形呈S型,护边花基也用细卵石镶砌;在叉梁位置建一组小型内空塑石,组成一组枯山水的造景主体(图1)。南天台则采用规则式设
Today, creating a garden on the roof of a hotel is no longer a new topic because of the needs of the business environment. However, on the roofs of ordinary commercial and residential buildings and office buildings, only potted plants or a few rows of flower bases are generally set, but as a garden type, greening construction is not very popular. We built this kind of garden in 1993 on the top of the office building in the city of Jiangmen. Some aspects that need attention in their design and construction are just introduced for reference. First, the basic level structure, structure and load considerations: General roof garden must consider the structure bearing layer, insulation layer, waterproof layer, drainage filter layer and vegetation layer. The cultural city office building requires construction on the heat insulation layer, the load does not exceed 220kg/m~2, and the green area is 360m~2.
