通过切断籽骨韧带、腓侧副韧带和切除前外侧半月板复制出兔膝骨关节炎的模型。用中药关节Ⅲ号方治疗后,检测家兔血液中睾酮(简称T)及雌二醇(简称E2),软骨中的纤溶酶(简称PL)及纤溶酶原激活物(简称PA)。结果是关节Ⅲ号方通过抑制滑膜炎症,抑制了PA,PL的活性,且有显著性差异(P<0.01)。对T及E2没有作用(P>0.05)。本方还能抑制关节软骨中性金属蛋白酶(简称NMPE)的激活,从而有延缓关节软骨退变的作用。
The rabbit knee osteoarthritis model was reproduced by severing the sesamoid ligament, radial collateral ligament, and resection of the anterolateral meniscus. After treatment with joint No. III of traditional Chinese medicine, testosterone (abbreviated as T) and estradiol (abbreviated as E2) in rabbit blood, plasmin (PL) in cartilage, and plasminogen activator (abbreviated as PA) were examined. The result was that the joint III inhibited the activity of PA and PL by inhibiting synovial inflammation, and there was a significant difference (P<0.01). No effect on T and E2 (P>0.05). This can also inhibit the activation of articular cartilage neutral metalloproteinases (abbreviated as NMPE), thus delaying the degeneration of articular cartilage.
