目的:探究环境干预在儿童口腔治疗中的应用效果。方法:抽取在我院2014年3月至2015年1 2月儿科收治的40例龋齿病患儿作为本次研究的对象,随机分入对照组和干预组,每组各20例,对照组接受常规的口腔病治疗,干预组患儿在此基础上给予观看动画片,以此来分散注意力。实验结束后,观察患儿在不同环境下接受治疗的疗效、配合程度以及情绪反应。结果:两组患儿采用不同的环境干预治疗后,发现干预组患儿的疗效比对照组患儿的疗效明显;干预组患儿配合程度较为积极,对照组患儿不能配合治疗;对照组患儿情绪反应明显比干预组患儿激烈,差异显著,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:对儿童患者在口腔治疗中实行环境干预,可以保证治疗的顺利完成,缩短治疗时间,疗效明显,值得在今后的临床工作中开展。
Objective: To explore the effect of environmental intervention in children’s oral treatment. Methods: Forty caries patients with pediatric caries admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 20 cases in each group. The control group received Conventional treatment of stomatology, intervention group children on the basis given to watch anime, in order to distract. After the experiment, observe the curative effect, degree of cooperation and emotion reaction of the children receiving treatment in different environments. Results: After two groups of children were treated with different environmental interventions, the curative effect of children in intervention group was more obvious than that of children in control group. Children in intervention group were more active than those in control group. Children in control group Children’s emotional response was significantly more intense than the intervention group, with significant differences (p <0.05). Conclusion: Environmental intervention in oral treatment of children patients can ensure the successful completion of treatment, shorten the treatment time, the curative effect is obvious, it is worth carrying out in the future clinical work.
