问:我母亲今年78岁,身体尚可,仅血压偏高、眼底动脉硬化。但血脂、血糖化验指标均正常。曾因“皮肤瘙痒”搔抓后感染,诱发右小腿皮肤溃疡。去年12月初,她的左小腿內侧皮下隆起一个蚕豆大的软组织,触之疼痛,后逐渐扩展成条索状肿胀,中心部位皮肤紫红、发硬、结痂。小腿自膝盖以下直至脚背均肿胀,但左脚趾无变化。医生说是“脉管炎”,采用静滴脉络宁、口服通塞脉片等治疗,但至今仍不见好
