为了提高国产漏磁检测仪对缺陷量化的准确性,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS针对点腐蚀缺陷分别在罐底板上下表面建立不同参数的点腐蚀缺陷,模拟研究缺陷深度、缺陷直径、缺陷位置对漏磁场的影响规律。研究表明上下表面缺陷的漏磁场具有相似的规律:当缺陷直径一定时,磁感应强度Bx、By分量随缺陷深度的增加而增大;当缺陷深度一致时,Bx凸峰底部宽度Nx及By峰峰值间距Ny随缺陷直径的增加而增大;上下表面相同大小的缺陷,其漏磁场的分布特点及大小均存在一定差异。对相应的结果进行函数拟合,得到了缺陷参数和漏磁场特征参量之间的定量关系,为缺陷量化提供了原始数据依据。
