基于理论规范和实践发展的需要,对矿产品概念进行界定:矿产品是指用于交换获得经济利益而直接开采出来的矿产资源,以及以矿产资源为主要原材料生产加工的产品。矿产品的主要特征:从产品来源来讲,矿产品对矿产资源具有较强的依附性;从产品的生产过程来讲,矿产品表现出对技术的强依赖性及实时性;从产品形态来讲,矿产品具有多样性。总体而言,新概念的提出为矿产资源管理开辟了新思路:首先,将衍生矿产品纳入学术研究的范围,建立完善的研究体制;其次,随着矿产品概念的清晰,应更多地从产业链的角度来研究矿产品价值链的变化以及矿产业的演变趋势。最后,可用新概念对消费者建立科学合理消费观和资源观加以引导。
Based on theoretical norms and practical development, the concept of mineral products is defined. Mineral products refer to mineral resources that are directly mined for economic benefits and products manufactured and processed with mineral resources as the main raw material.
