笔者近年来收藏到贴有英国印花税票、20世纪初的威海卫老账本(图1)和婚书(图2)各一件。英国的税票为何出现在威海当地人使用的账本和婚书上呢?
In recent years, the author has collected one stamp stamp with British stamps, the Weihai Wei old account (Figure 1) and the marriage book (Figure 2) in the early 20th century. Why did the British tax stamps appear on the books and marriage books used by locals in Weihai?
