目的:分析女性压力性尿失禁患者对该疾病的认知情况及其对患者诊疗行为的影响。方法:以2010~2014年确诊的女性压力性尿失禁患者为调查对象,回顾性分析女性压力性尿失禁患者对该疾病的认知及就诊情况。结果:共发放调查问卷366份,回收有效问卷366份,应答率为100%。女性压力性尿失禁患者对该疾病认知程度较低,其中城镇女性、高收入女性及高学历女性认知程度相对略高。结论:女性压力性尿失禁患者对该疾病的认知情况较低造成就诊延迟,应进一步开展关于女性压力性尿失禁这一疾病人群的健康教育。
Objective: To analyze the cognitive status of female stress urinary incontinence patients and its effect on the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Methods: The female stress urinary incontinence patients diagnosed from 2010 to 2014 were investigated. The cognition and treatment of female stress urinary incontinence patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: A total of 366 questionnaires were distributed and 366 valid questionnaires were collected. The response rate was 100%. Female stress urinary incontinence patients have a lower awareness of the disease, of which urban women, high-income women and highly educated women relatively slightly higher awareness. CONCLUSIONS: Women with stress urinary incontinence have a low awareness of the disease resulting in delays in their visits and further health education should be conducted in populations with female stress urinary incontinence.
