目的探讨颞叶癫痫患者蝶骨电极脑电图(EEG)与常规头皮电极EEG癫痫波检出率的差异。方法将2006年1月至2009年2月50例颞叶癫痫患者均分别在一天内先后进行常规头皮电极EEG检查及蝶骨电极EEG检查,比较2种方法癫痫波检出率之间的差别。结果蝶骨电极EEG检查的癫痫波检出率明显高于常规头皮电极EEG检查(92.0%vs44.0%,P<0.01)。结论对于颞叶癫痫患者,蝶骨电极EEG检查对提高癫痫波检出率及病灶的定位均有益。
Objective To explore the difference between the sphenoid electrode electroencephalogram (EEG) and the conventional scalp electrode EEG epilepsy in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods Fifty patients with temporal lobe epilepsy from January 2006 to February 2009 were examined by routine scalp EEG and sphenoid electrode EEG within one day respectively. The differences between the two methods in detection of epileptic seizures were compared. Results The detection rate of epileptic waves by sphenoid electrode EEG was significantly higher than that of conventional scalp electrode EEG (92.0% vs44.0%, P <0.01). Conclusion For patients with temporal lobe epilepsy, sphenoid electrode EEG examination can improve the detection rate of epileptic seizures and the location of the lesion are beneficial.
