雷尼替丁增高大鼠离体胃底和胃体平滑肌条的张力,增大胃窦环行肌的收缩幅度,阿托品明显减弱雷尼替丁对胃窦部的作用。西米替丁降低胃底和胃体肌条的张力,减小胃窦纵行肌和环行肌的收缩幅度,消炎痛未能阻断西米替丁的这些作用。结果表明:二者同是组胺H_2受体拮抗剂,但对大鼠胃肌条运动的影响相反,雷尼替丁是兴奋作用,西米替丁则是抑制作用,兴奋作用部分经由胆碱能受体,而抑制作用与前列腺素受体无关。
Ranitidine increased the tension of isolated gastric fundus and gastric smooth muscle strips in rats and increased the contractile amplitude of antral ring muscles. Atropine significantly attenuated the effect of ranitidine on the gastric antrum. Cimetidine reduced the tension in the gastric fundus and body muscle strips, reduced the amplitude of contraction of the antral and circular muscles of the antral muscle, and indomethacin failed to block these effects of cimetidine. The results showed that both of them were the same as histamine H 2 receptor antagonists, but had opposite effects on gastric myotubes movement in rats. Ranitidine was an excitement effect and cimetidine was an inhibitory effect. Excitation was partially mediated by choline Receptors, and inhibitory effects and prostaglandin receptors.
