我所自1974～1978年4年中应用磷酸喹哌治疗矽肺共24例。1979年对其中(除1例死于肺癌,2例合并肺结核、2例不明原因外)5例患者继续治疗,14例患者停药后定期摄X线胸片,询问病情,进行了随访观察总计达7年。兹将19例患者的治疗与随访情况报道如下。一、资料与分析方法 (一)矽肺患者19例中,Ⅱ期9例,Ⅲ期10例。均系男性,年龄38～59岁,平均50.4岁。
Myself from 1974 to 1978 4 years in the treatment of silicosis with quinuprine phosphate a total of 24 cases. In 1979, 5 patients (except 1 patient died of lung cancer, 2 patients with tuberculosis and 2 patients with unexplained cause) were treated. In 1979, 14 patients underwent X-ray radiography on a regular basis to ask the patient’s condition and were followed up for a total of Up to 7 years. The treatment and follow-up of 19 patients are reported below. First, the data and analysis methods (a) 19 cases of silicosis patients, 9 cases of stage Ⅱ, 10 cases of stage Ⅲ. Both men, aged 38 to 59 years old, with an average of 50.4 years old.
