Rural power grid is an important public service infrastructure for rural economic and social development. Earlier this year, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council made major decisions and arrangements and demanded that a new round of rural power grid reconstruction and upgrading be implemented during the “Thirteen Five-Year Plan.” What impact will the project have on economic and social development?
