大白菜适宜于温和气候条件,生长适温10—22℃,高于25℃生长不良,高于30℃则不能适应。吐鲁番属大陆性干旱荒漠气候,夏秋季炎热干燥,极端最高温47.7℃,素有“水洲”之称。1994年我们在艾丁湖试验种植大白菜100亩。试验证明吐鲁番可以种好大白菜,但相对来说,种植技术性强,难度大,病虫危害严重。现就如何种好大白菜总结于下,以供生产者参考。
