计算机是20世纪最重要的发明之一,它的迅速发展带动了世界技术革命,推动了人类从工业社会进入信息社会。但是它需要的巨大能源,对环境造成的污染,对人类健康的影响也同时摆在了我们的面前,并越来越成为急待解决的重要课题。 如何使电脑既能作为人类现代文明不可或缺的帮手,又能将它带来的负面影响减到最小,这就是现在大家都在谈论的绿色电脑。节能是对绿色电脑提出的最重要的、也是最早的要求。
Computer is one of the most important inventions of the 20th century. Its rapid development has led to the world technological revolution and promoted mankind’s entry into the information society from industrial society. However, the enormous energy it needs, the pollution it causes to the environment and its impact on human health have also come before us and are increasingly becoming an important issue to be solved urgently. How to make computers both an indispensable helper for the modern civilization of mankind and minimize the negative impact it brings is the green computer that everybody is talking about now. Energy saving is the most important and earliest requirement for green computers.
