目的 观察研究复方象胆水煎剂在体外对人肺癌、胃癌等肿瘤细胞的作用及作用机理。方法 采用改良MTT测定法观察该复方象胆水煎剂主要配伍药中的单味药及复方配伍剂对癌细胞的影响。用DNA末端标记法测定细胞凋亡。结果 单独应用单味药的药物对肿瘤细胞的杀伤力不及复方象胆水煎剂 ,复方象胆水煎剂的杀伤作用随着药物剂量增加而使抑制效应增强 ,复方象胆水煎剂对培养的人癌细胞有明显的抑制作用。结论 复方象胆水煎剂能有效抑制肺癌、胃癌细胞的生长 ,复方象胆水煎剂能有效地诱导癌细胞凋亡。
Objective To observe and study the effect and mechanism of Compound Radix Atractylodes Decoction on human lung cancer, gastric cancer and other tumor cells in vitro. Methods The modified MTT assay was used to observe the effects of single herb and compound compatibilizer on the cancer cells in the main compound medicine of the compound elephant gallbladder decoction. Apoptosis was determined by DNA end-labeling. Results The single-drug drug alone had less lethal effect on tumor cells than the compound herb gall water decoction. The killing effect of the compound herb water decoction increased the inhibitory effect with increasing drug dose. The human cancer cells have obvious inhibitory effects. Conclusion The compound elegans water decoction can effectively inhibit the growth of lung cancer and gastric cancer cells. Compound elegans water decoction can effectively induce cancer cell apoptosis.
