郑州飞马(集团)股份有限公司的前身是郑州第二柴油机厂,始建于1958年。十一届三中全会以来,企业呈现出勃勃生机,尤其是“八五”期间有了较快发展,已成为拥有七个系列几十个品种的多元化产品结构群,集科、工、贸为一体的跨国界、跨地区、跨所有制、跨行业的国有大型企业集团,现有职工3000多人,各类专业技术人员400多人,占地面积23.9万平方米,固定资产8160万元。
Zhengzhou Feima (Group) Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Zhengzhou No. 2 Diesel Engine Factory and was founded in 1958. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the enterprises have shown great vitality. Especially during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, they have developed rapidly. They have become a diversified product structure group with seven series of dozens of varieties, which include science, industry and trade. As an integrated cross-border, cross-regional, cross-ownership, cross-industry state-owned large-scale enterprise groups, more than 3,000 employees, more than 400 various types of professional and technical personnel, covers an area of 239,000 square meters, 81.6 million yuan in fixed assets.
