高原心脏病是指发生在高原地区、因长期处于高原低压低氧的恶劣环境,循环系统受到损害,心脏为供给全身血液而负荷工作泵血,最终造成心脏功能障碍甚至衰竭的一类疾病。本文综述了关于高原心脏病的病因、发病机制、诱因以及诊断、治疗、预防等研究的进展。高原心脏病严重危害身体健康及生命安全,平原地区居民在进入高原前应针对上述发病原因、诱因等做好高原病的预防及应对。
High altitude heart disease refers to occurs in the plateau region, due to long-term high altitude hypoxia in the harsh environment, the circulatory system is compromised, the heart for the supply of blood and work load pump, eventually leading to heart failure and even failure of a class of diseases. This article reviews the progress of the etiology, pathogenesis, etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of plateau heart disease. Plateau heart disease seriously endanger the health and safety of life. Before entering the plateau, the residents in the plains should take good care of the prevention and treatment of altitude sickness in view of the above-mentioned causes and incentives.
