欧洲临床营养与代谢协会于2020年3月31日在线发布对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者营养支持疗法的专家建议和实践指导，对老年、多合并疾病及重症COVID-19患者的营养支持疗法提出10条建议。本文对该指导作简要解读，以期为肠外肠内营养支持疗法在抗击COVID-19工作中提供参考。“,”The European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism released online on March 31, 2020 the expert statements and practical guidance for nutritional management of individuals with Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19), and provided 10 recommendations on nutritional support therapy for those in the ICU setting or in the presence of older age and multiple comorbidity. The study aimed to briefly interpret this guidance in order to provide reference for nutrition support therapy for COVID-19 patients.
