患者 女,34岁。因上腹部疼痛6小时于1994年2月23日入院。患者入院前6小时出现上腹部持续性 绞痛,伴有恶心、呕吐,呕吐物均为胃内容物。无发热、腹泻等。在当地医疗站治疗无好转而送我院就诊。患者已停经28周。查体:T37.1℃,P106次/分,R26次/分,BP15/8kPa。神清,急性痛苦面容,心肺(一)。腹软,上腹部压病,无明显反跳痛,肠鸣音亢进。宫高25cm,腹围82cm,无宫缩,阴道无血性分泌物,宫颈管
