用家兔股动脉血管（直径１ｍｍ）制作血栓形成动物模型。分别观察脉通灵Ｉ号组［经胃插管给药，５ｍＬ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）］和对照组的血栓病理形态变化，同时进行图像分析。结果：脉通灵Ｉ号可推迟血栓的形成过程，并通过增加血栓中中性白细胞的数量促进血栓溶解。
An animal model of thrombosis was made using rabbit femoral artery blood vessels (diameter 1 mm). The morphologic changes of the thrombus were observed in the Tongliuling I group [5 mL/(kg·d)] and the control group, and the image analysis was performed at the same time. Results: Mai Tong Ling I can delay the formation of thrombosis and increase the number of neutrophils in the thrombus to promote thrombolysis.
