笔者在一九八三年的一年中,有机会走访了二十多个企业的培训中心,了解到不少情况,现结合这些情况,就如何建立培训中心谈几点意见。一、已建培训中心目前存在的问题自中共中央、国务院《关于国营企业进行全面整顿的决定》下达后,特别是从一九八三年初开始,培训中心纷纷建立,这是一件大好事。有些单位的实践证明,它是企业实现全员培训、开发智力、培养人才的一种很好的组织形式。它的建立,有利于加强和改善党对职工教育工作的集中领导,有利于统一调配和节约人力物力,有利于使职工教育向正规化和制度化迈进,提高办学质量,培养合格人才。这是应该肯定的。但是也有不少单位的培训中心存在一些问题。
In the year 1983, I had the opportunity to visit the training centers of more than 20 enterprises. I learned quite a bit about these situations and I would like to talk about how to set up a training center. I. Problems Existing in the Training Center Now After the promulgation of the Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Comprehensive Reorganization of State-owned Enterprises, especially since the beginning of 1983, training centers have been set up in succession. This is a great event. The practice of some units has proved that it is a good organizational form for enterprises to achieve full training, intelligence development and personnel training. Its establishment will be conducive to strengthening and improving the Party’s centralized leadership of staff education, will help unify deployment and save manpower and material resources, and will help to make staff education more standardized and institutionalized, improve the quality of running schools and foster qualified personnel. This should be sure. However, there are also some units of training center there are some problems.
