横纹肌肉瘤(rhabdomysarcoma)是一种常见而恶性度极高的肿瘤,由各种不同程度的未分化横纹肌细胞组成。本瘤多发生于人体的四肢与躯干,较少发生于头颈,膀胱、阴道、鼻腔等部位,发生于尿道口者则十分罕见。我们在外检会诊中遇到1例,现报道如下。患者女性,47岁,以排尿困难及外阴部分泌物增加为主诉就医。妇科检查发现尿道外口处有一个1×1.5cm 大的灰红色结节,尿道口因肿物阻塞而变窄。
Rhabdomysarcoma is a common and extremely malignant tumor composed of various degrees of undifferentiated striated muscle cells. The tumor occurred in the human body limbs and torso, occurs less in the head and neck, bladder, vagina, nasal cavity and other parts of the urethra who is very rare. We met in a foreign inspection clinics in one case, are reported below. Patient Female, 47 years old, mainly expelling medical attention with dysuria and increased genital secretions. Gynecological examination found a urethral orifice at a 1 × 1.5cm large gray-red nodules, urethral obstruction due to tumor narrowing.
