提高学生综合素质是实现由应试教育到素质教育转型的主要目标,是新课程改革的内在要求。积极探索并切实提高学生的综合素质,能体现学校办学理念的先进、办学行为的创新、办学特色的鲜明。而学生综合素质培养的复杂性、艰巨性、经常性、重要性和多样性,使这一实践活动成为新课程改革的一大难题。围绕这一难题,笔者所在校进行了有益探索,收效良好。
