高职生在就业方面相对于本科生而言,面对着更大的压力,高职生的就业率和就业质量一方面关系到其自身的发展,也关系到社会生产水平的提高。一直以来,除了就业大环境的客观因素影响,高职生自身的的择业心理问题也越来越成为制约其成功就业的关键因素。笔者从事学生就业指导一线工作,对当前高职生的就业心态进行过了解和思考。撰写此文对高职生就业心理对成功就业的关系略做探讨,分析了影响他们成功就业的心理因素,对提高就业心理的途径提出了几点建议,希望对高职生成功择业有一定的参考作用。
In terms of employment, higher vocational students face more pressure than undergraduates. The employment rate and quality of employment of higher vocational students are related to their own development on the one hand, and also to the improvement of social production level. All along, in addition to the objective factors of the employment environment, higher vocational students’ own career psychology is increasingly becoming a key factor restricting their successful employment. I work in front-line employment guidance for students, the current vocational mentality of higher vocational students to understand and think. This article discusses the relationship between employment psychology of higher vocational students and successful employment, discusses the psychological factors that affect their successful employment, and puts forward some suggestions on ways to improve employment psychology. I hope there is a certain Reference effect.
