5052-0和5052-H34合金板的成型极限曲线对评价板材成型性起到民重要作用。本试验用两种不同的二次变形法研究了变形过程对曲线的影响。一种是先经等双轴线拉伸变形,然后再经单轴线拉伸变形(变形方法Ⅰ);另一种是先经单轴线拉伸变形,然后再经双轴线拉伸变形(变形方法Ⅱ)。在接近平面应变的区域内,变形方法Ⅰ对提高成型极限有影响。变形方法对成型极限曲线的影响取决于二次变形中主要变形方向的组合。
The forming limit curves of 5052-0 and 5052-H34 alloy plates play an important role in evaluating sheet formability. In this experiment, two different secondary deformation methods were used to study the effect of deformation on the curve. One is the first biaxial tensile deformation, and then by the uniaxial tensile deformation (deformation method Ⅰ); the other is the first uniaxial tensile deformation, and then biaxial tensile deformation (deformation method Ⅱ ). In the area close to the plane strain, the deformation method I has an impact on increasing the forming limit. The effect of the deformation method on the forming limit curve depends on the combination of the main deformation directions in the secondary deformation.
