一个人,为了达到一种目的,实现一个目标,追求一种信仰,可以不分白天黑夜地孜孜以求,不顾艰难困苦地勤奋努力,不怕流血流汗地顽强拚搏,甚至于不惜献出生命。通过对部队青年战士的调查分析,我们把这种执著追求的精神动因,归结为期望值效应。从这个意义上说,部队政治工作认真研究和正确引导青年战士确立切合实际的人生期望值,对于激励战士的进取精神和工作热情,增强思想政治工作的有效性,有着十分重要的积极作用。一、人生期望值及其特性所谓期望值,是对未来的事物、社会发展或人的前途有所希望的程度。人生期望值,是指一个人对人生成长、进步、发展所寄予的希望程度和企盼限度,是人生追求目标确立的尺度与动能的积蓄量。
