自去冬以来,黄渤海区渔政渔港监督管理局和沿海省市渔业行政主管部门加大了综合管理的措施和力度,狠抓了对虾亲虾人工越冬工作,使今春养殖育苗用海捕天然亲虾较上一年度减少10万尾,在一定程度上保护了天然产卵群体;今春以来,又进一步加强了对虾资源的系统管理,保护大量亲虾进入渤海,加之环境条件有利,预计今秋对虾资源将好于前几年。但目前一些地区违反有关规定进入渤海进行拖网作业,给渤海的资源保护带来严重影响。为切实加强渤海渔业资源的保护工作,搞好今秋对虾生产的组织领导和监督管理,维护生产秩序,夺取生产丰收,最近农业部发出紧急通知,要求沿渤海各级政府切实加强勃海秋汛对虾管理,具体如下:
