根据现代企业在财务风险管理方面的实际情况就可以了解到,财务部门对风险管理存在着认识不充分,管理人员不能严格按照规定执行的问题,进而影响财务风险管理与控制的质量,对企业的良好发展产生一定影响。因此,财务部门需要做好财务风险防范工作,做好应对各种风险的准备,制定出科学的应对策略,以便能够为企业营造良好的发展环境,提高企业市场竞争力。本文就企业财务风险管理与控制进行简单分析。
