近几年来我所及有关单位共同对本省沿海造林情况进行了几次调查,现汇总报告如下:一、基本情况我省海岸线北起与辽宁省交界的山海关,南至与山东接壤的宣惠河口(黄骅县境),全长721.49华里,宽度平均25华里,最宽达50华里左右,最窄的4华里,总土地面积450余万亩,为海退盐硷洼地及冲积或风积沙地,其中沙荒地面积较小,计有30万亩,余为盐硷地。
