目的:对毛泡桐果实中的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据解析确定化合物的结构。结果:从毛泡桐果实中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:乌苏酸(1)、芝麻素(2)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(3)、木犀草素(4)、小麦黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、3’,4’,5,7-四羟基-6-[7-羟基-3,7-二甲基-2(E)-辛烯]二氢黄酮(6)、豆甾醇(7)。结论:其中,化合物3、5、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Paulownia fruit. Methods: A variety of chromatographic techniques were used for separation and purification. The structure of the compounds was determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the fruit of Paulownia tomentosa and identified as: ursolic acid (1), sesamin (2), 2α, 3α, 19α-trihydroxy-12- ), Luteolin (4), flavin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (5), 3 ’, 4’, 5,7-tetrahydroxy-6- [7-hydroxy-3,7 - dimethyl-2 (E) -octene] flavanone (6), stigmasterol (7). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 3, 5 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
