神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的应用评价

目的:探讨神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析本组13例患者,采用神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术,进行内分泌学检查及影像学复查,评价临床症状、激素水平及肿瘤的复发情况,并随访6个月。结果:所有患者出院后均预后良好,且头痛症状完全消失,视力障碍改善,舒适度提高且不会使呼吸受到影响,激素水平均逐渐恢复正常。随访期间无患者复发。结论:神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术可明显改善患者临床症状及预后,且复发少。 Objective: To investigate the value of endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection. Methods: Thirteen patients in this study were retrospectively analyzed. Endoscopic examination and imaging review were performed by endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection. The clinical symptoms, hormone levels and tumor recurrence were evaluated. The patients were followed up for 6 months . RESULTS: All patients had a good prognosis after discharge from the hospital, with complete disappearance of headache symptoms, improved visual acuity, improved comfort without respiratory disturbances, and hormone levels gradually returning to normal. No patient relapsed during follow-up. Conclusion: Endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients, and less recurrence.
