本文以碎矿机中高锰钢锤头的实例,反映加钒试验的结果。由于高锰钢中加钒,使其金相组织、机械性能有明显改善。相同条件下,加钒高锰钢的耐磨性可提高20%。由于使用寿命延长,铸件的消耗相应减少,在扣除钒铁所增加的成本后,每用一吨加钒高锰钢铸件可节省60元左右。本文还根据硅还原渣中钒氧化物的原理,结合电炉炼钢工艺,提出含钒高锰钢重熔的冶炼工艺。并对进一步做好胀在高锰钢生产中的应用提出看法,供讨论。

Under the same conditions, the wear resistance of vanadium-added manganese steel can be increased by 20%. As the service life is prolonged, the consumption of castings is correspondingly reduced. After deducting the added cost of ferrovanadium, it can save about 60 yuan for every ton of vanadium-added high manganese steel castings. Based on the principle of reducing vanadium oxide in silicon and combining with EAF steelmaking process, a smelting process of vanadium-containing high manganese steel remelting was proposed. And to further expand the application in the production of high manganese steel put forward their views for discussion.
