某金精矿中含金36.25g/t、铜2.37%,硫46.83%。为使其中的有价元素有效回收,在其工艺矿物学研究的基础上,分别进行了全浮流程试验和重-浮联合流程试验。通过大量的试验研究,最终确定采用重-浮联合流程试验,所得选矿指标为金、银、铜在重砂、铜精矿中的总回收率分别高达96.19%、87.91%、96.45%,硫回收率100%,使得资源得到很好的综合回收和利用。
Some gold concentrate gold 36.25g / t, copper 2.37%, sulfur 46.83%. In order to effectively recover the valuable elements therein, the full-float flow test and the heavy-float combined flow test were carried out on the basis of the study of process mineralogy. Through a large number of experimental studies, the heavy-float combined flow test was finally determined, and the beneficiation indexes obtained were 96.19%, 87.91% and 96.45% respectively, and the recovery rates of gold, silver and copper in heavy sand and copper concentrate were as high as 96.45% Rate of 100%, making the resources are well integrated recovery and utilization.
