常规治疗缺血性心肌病虽能改善其临床症状,但仍达不到预期治疗效果~[1]。盐酸曲美他嗪是一种新型心肌能量代谢药物,研究证实,盐酸曲美他嗪对于保护心肌细胞及心肌收缩、舒张功能具有一定疗效~[2]。血栓通是由中药三七快根中提取的一种中药,具有活血通络、祛瘀活血之效,逐渐被临床应用于治疗缺血性心肌病。本研究选取98例缺血性心肌病患者,分组对比,探讨盐酸曲美他嗪联合血栓通治疗缺血性心肌病患者疗效及对其心功能、心率变异性影响,报道如下。

Trimetazidine hydrochloride is a new type of myocardial energy metabolism drugs, studies have confirmed that trimetazidine hydrochloride for the protection of myocardial cells and myocardial systolic and diastolic function has a certain effect ~ [2]. Xueshuantong is a traditional Chinese medicine extracted from Chinese fast root of Panax notoginseng, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation, clearing blood stasis and promoting blood circulation and is gradually being used clinically in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy. In this study, 98 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were selected and compared in groups to investigate the curative effect and cardiac function and heart rate variability of trimetazidine hydrochloride combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy.
