目的:优化服务流程,为患儿提供优质、方便、安全的优质服务。方法:采用智能分诊排队语音叫号系统、儿科门诊专用静脉药物配制室、循环式输液穿刺传送轨道(实施集中静脉穿刺)三者联合应用,取消患者反复排队、取药的环节。结果:优化就诊及治疗流程,减少排队环节,缩短等待时间,杜绝插队现象,消除不满情绪,提高了患者满意度。结论:三者联合应用,可提高护理质量,节约护理人力资源,提高门诊窗口服务的工作效能,缩短了患者输液等待时间,减少医疗投诉和纠纷,保证输液用药的安全。
Objective: To optimize the service process, to provide children with high quality, convenience, safety and quality service. Methods: The intelligent triage voice queuing system, pediatric outpatient dedicated intravenous drug preparation room, circulating transfusion needle delivery track (the implementation of central venous puncture) the three combined application, cancel the patient repeatedly queuing, take medicine links. Results: Optimize the treatment and treatment process, reduce queuing, shorten the waiting time, eliminate the phenomenon of queue jump, eliminate discontent and improve patient satisfaction. Conclusion: The combination of the three can improve the quality of nursing care, save human resources for nursing, improve the working efficiency of outpatient service, shorten the waiting time of patient infusion, reduce medical complaints and disputes and ensure the safety of infusion medication.
